Seeing the potential.
Tapco Tools (www.tapcotools.com), a leader and innovator of professional installation tools
and accessories, was well aware that its database of contractors was highly valuable, but
was unsure how to best leverage it in order to promote two new brakes and six new brake
accessories without disrupting its distribution channel. Pat Dunn, Executive Vice President
