Jim Goldenberg, Founding Partner of Cathartes Private Investments (www.cathartes.com), and his four partners had a mission – to sell 150 lofts in their newest development, Etonic Lofts (www.loftsatsoco.com), within 12 months. The challenge was to make urban professionals who could not afford to purchase a home in Boston proper believe that Etonic Lofts, located just 30 minutes from downtown Boston in Brockton, MA, were an ideal investment and lifestyle choice. The lofts priced between $199,000 and $219,000 are located in a thoughtfully renovated historic shoe factory. Goldenberg and his partners asked Yellow Steel to make their goal a reality.
